This program is designed for any athlete wanting to improve their strength on the main compound movements;

Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Press

Designed on a 12 week cycle with three training days per week that will be focused on strength progressions and accessory work.

PROGRAM DETAILS

FOR WHO?

This program is designed for any athlete that wants to get stronger in Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Press. Perfect for CrossFit or functional fitness athletes to add to there existing program and anyone that wants to get stronger and only able to train 3 times a week.

PROGRAM STYLE

Designed on a 12 week cycle, 3 days per week, with specific warms-ups, 2 strength pieces and accessory work. with a deload every fourth or fifth week.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Each session with take approx. 75-90min. You will need access to a gym and require a barbell, bumper plates, a rack, Dumbbells and Kettlebells.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the next 12 weeks, if your consistent on following the program you will hit new personal records in your lifts. Consistency makes progress.
