PROGRAM DETAILS
FOR WHO?
This program is designed for any athlete that wants to get stronger. Perfect for anyone that is short on time and can only train 3x a week.
PROGRAM STYLE
specific warms-ups, 1 strength piece and accessory work per session with a conditioning piece and cool down to finish the workout.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Each session with take approx. 60-70min. Ideally you will need access to a gym and require a barbell, bumper plates, a rack, Dumbbells and Kettlebells.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the coming weeks, if your consistent on following the program you will feel healthier stronger and fitter. Consistency makes progress.
