FOR WHO?
Any gym or boxes that does group classes that is looking for a well design structured program covering all aspects of crossfit and functional fitness. including compound strength / weightlifting movements, conditioning and gymnastics.
PROGRAM STYLE
We believe in training cycles. So our cycles are designed to help your members increase their athletic ability in the areas of strength, power, endurance, gymnastics, and more over a 12 week period. The program has 6 training days per week, with 2 scaling options.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Every class is designed to be done within 60min.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the next 12 weeks, if your memebers are consistent and show up they will hit new personal records in your lifts and see the health and fitness levels elevate.
